Marketing Coordinator
This position is someone who is skilled in customer outreach, web design, and social media. We are unique in that we support many charity events and partner with meeting planners to support large group tours, and we need someone who can act as the point person for these activities.
Ideally we are looking for someone who is willing to be full or part-time, but we are flexible.
Job Responsibilities
- Creating and sending out newsletters
- Managing our social media platforms
- Making sign up genius forms for our different partners
- Managing our mechanical events
- Being the point person for charity events, private tours, and hotel rentals
- Responding to reviews
- Customer follow-up

- Residential outreach
- Website maintenance
- Manage our automatic follow-up emails
