Bike Tours FAQ

What to Expect – Bike Tour

Before You Arrive

  • Sign your waiver (link will be sent via email)
  • Arrive 30 minutes early for check-in

When You Arrive

  • Check in at the Crow’s Nest
  • Store bags, grab water, or use the restroom
  • Get fitted on your bike and helmet by your guide

What to Bring

  • Sun protection, water, and weather-appropriate layers
  • Gloves on cooler days
  • Each bike includes a handlebar bag and bottle cage

Tour Details

  • Most tours last 2.5–3 hours (the Emerald Necklace Tour: 3.5–4 hours)
  • Routes are mostly flat — upgrade to an e-bike for $50 if you’d like extra power
    Tours run rain or shine; if conditions are unsafe, we’ll reschedule 

Kids on Tour
Riders must be able to bike independently (we have kids’ bikes down to 20”). Child attachments are not permitted.

  • Bring a credit card (we take a temporary copy for security)

When You Arrive

  • Check in at 103 Atlantic Avenue
  • Sign your waiver (if not already done) and we’ll set you up with your bike 

What’s Included

  • Helmet, lock, lights, and flat kit available upon request

What to Bring

  • Comfortable clothing, sun protection, and a water bottle
