Alright, hands up: who’s excited for the 8th annual Hub on Wheels? We sure are! As an event that we’ve sponsored from the very beginning, eight years ago in Franklin Park, we’re very excited to be here yet another time around. And we hope to see you at either the Mayor’s Cup on September 22nd, or at the Hub on Wheels ride on the 23rd! We’ll have a table, tent, and that famous green mail truck, the Bio Bus, hanging out with all you folks over on City Hall Plaza.
The Bio Bus after a fresh cleaning. In case you’d forgotten what it looks like.
This year’s event features rides of 10, 30, or 50 miles around Boston (click here for the map). All of the routes will feature a “Cah-free” Storrow Drive, rest stops, and support along the way. The 50 mile route is a true grand tour – stretching from Allston to Readville!
If you’re riding in either event, and don’t already have a team, join ours! We’re not picky about who’s riding for us. If you have already registered, just go back to the search for Urban AdvenTours under the teams! All team members will enjoy a free high-five (and some other swag too) when they visit us at the bike valet!
Last year’s bike valet crew, killing it as usual.
If you want to ride but lack a bike, never fear! We’re offering discounted rentals again this year, and you can pick up your rental between 6 and 8PM on Saturday night, or between 6:45 and 7:30AM on Sunday morning (But only if you bring us coffee…just kidding). Give us a ring at 617.670.0637 to reserve yours!
